ARC reader and campaign management with clear follow-up
Advance reader copy campaigns involve more than a list of names. Keep the campaign deadline, reader context, file status and review follow-up organised so you can see where your attention is needed.
Start freeGive each campaign a clear purpose
Create a campaign for the book promotion you are running, whether that is an ARC round, cover reveal or preorder activity. Set a main deadline and keep relevant assets and notes together so the purpose of the campaign stays clear.
Keep reader context useful
Organise reader records, teams and follow-up notes in your workspace. Review links and campaign context help you distinguish readers who still need a follow-up from those whose activity you have already recorded.
Update progress as you work
Campaign statuses include Pending, Approved, Files sent and Reviewed. Update them to reflect what has actually happened. A status records your progress; it does not guarantee a review, deliver an ARC file or automatically verify a retailer review.
How this could work in practice
During an ARC round, check which records are still pending before preparing your follow-up. Record that files have been sent through your chosen delivery method, then add review links as they become available. Keep the next cover reveal in a separate campaign.
